A 3mm neoprene zip top with 10mm neoprene protection on the sides and the elbow for shock protection. 

Features thermoplastic panels on the elbow and forearm areas for impact protection. It has a long body for a good overlap with the Neo Pants.  

Can be worn as a top over a long john.
