Our Classic Hike Shorts have set the standard for hikers in the sailing industry for many years and will continue to be as popular as ever. However as no two sailors are the same shape or size, we wanted to give you more choice. The Rooster Pro Hike Shorts utilise removable pads so that you can decide where you would like the support.

Rooster Pro Hike Pads are uniquely stiff and pre-shaped to enable you to hike longer and harder. The pads attach with Velcro to the inner lining of the hikers which enables them to be placed firmly where you need the support, without the complication of unnecessary pad pockets or straps.

What are Hiking Shorts? Hiking shorts contain strong battens that allow the sailor to experience pain free hiking with reduced fatigue, but more importantly these design features enable you to experience reduced fatigue with added lift, so you can sail the boat faster and flatter!

Short versions are 2" shorter in leg length (XSS, SS, MS, LS, XLS).
Where more than one Hike Pad size is shown above you will find that the larger the pad the greater the support, but at the expense of "off the water" comfort.
